Author/illustrators including Jane Ray and An Vrombaut, rights director at Hodder Children's Books, Andrew Sharpe, and art director, Egmont Books, Tiffany Leeson join other professionals from the children's book world to offer guidance and advice at SCBWI-BI's 6th annual Illustrator Conference.
The day will feature talks on finding inspiration, approaching publishers, working with an art director, and a hands on storyboard masterclass. A limited number of portfolio reviews are bookable on sign up. All attendees will have the opportunity to gain feedback on their work via moderated critique groups. An optional pre-assigned brief will be sent with registration for those who wish to participate.
